Now, if you had this dog, dressed up with maybe a white or black background instead of outside where the street is distracting and the lighting is harsh, this would be a 10. Great idea though.

A very nice and striking self portrait woth a super low key lighting. While the red has been too overly saturated, this is a minor adjustment to return this image to the credit it deserves. Bumping up on nice composition.
