Composition: 3 - I dont think the tight crop works here. It just makes everything seem too cramped.
Technical: 2 - To me it looks over sharpened a lot and some areas are overexposed.
Creativity: 2 - To me it just looks like a photo of a cat. There is nothing here that really sets it apart and makes it unique.
Appeal: 2 - I'm sure to whoever owns the cat it's a lovely portrait but it just doesnt do anything for me, sorry!
