Nice idea but taking a few steps back and showing us the drama of the wall etc could have had more impact - We don't know if she is just one step up or not?

Iris is one of my favorite flowers. I like the colors against the black bg.
To improve this, I would adjust the brightness a bit as the white on the right side is blown out. Also, I would crop out the stem as it does not add to the beauty of the petals.
