Astrophotography of deep space is so demanding, polar alignment has to be spot on, super long exposures, usually multiple exposures, fussy focus issues...this is a superb effort and as I'm sure others will say, was fully deserving of front page status. |

Eagle Nebula, M16by CyMaNComment by hahn23: Of course, this is beautiful. Probably the challenge blue ribbon. There are some hot pixels, which do not look the same as the stars. The star effect on the shining stars is very nice. Great astronomy. Bumping up a bit. |
