Love it! Not least because of the anonymity of the rider, under his huge hat. Also, loving the ghosted legs, "scratched" sky and lovely lines of detail in mane and tail. Magic!

Abstract in it's execution, there are two ways to view this image - negatively in the sense of detail and over done action. On the other hand, it's very abstract nature is indicative of motion and the colors and motion blur give it a certain feel, as it related to the challenge subject, that is a plus. In this kind of quandry, and given this reviewer's propensity to positively rate abstract images, the benefit of the doubt goes to the author. The blend of color and background are complimentary which is an artistic plus and can be viewed as a technical plus. Not necessarily to everyone's taste, this might break into the top twenty and possibly the top fifteen images if the commenters and reviewers give it chance by understanding the nature of impressionist imagery.
