Nice sunset colors and use of leading lines in the road. I think this could really pop if the foreground were brighter (perhaps by shooting in raw and then converting using different settings for foreground and background and then combining in post process) and the horizon were moved up in the frame to reduce the amount of empty sky.

Terrific, that road is just a wonderful lead in. Maybe the sky could have been a little more powerful, but then you have to take whats on offer. This would be in my book of favourite locations and deserves a few more visits to capture the very best this location has to offer.

Interesting compositionally - in that whilst you've placed the vanishing point at a theoretically strong point in frame, it still feels uncomfortable to my eye. I think that is perhaps simply because of the right to left movement of the right-hand rail - it creates a contrary dynamic to that of the rest of the movement in the frame, but without any real resolution.
