For the sign to be predominant, it could be a little clearer. Now it's oversharpened mess. Might have cropped tighter too as the other units are distracting.

This looks like an HDR to me. And while there are many times where I like that look the yellows on the left side are distracting me on this one. Specifically the bush/tree half way up on the left looks really grainy/artifacty to me. Also some of the foreground browns appear the same way to me. I really like the clouds and everything from the big trees on the right back, but the left and foreground really hurt that for me.
