Subjects (squeegee guys) aren't visually distinct enough from the background. Try some burning & dodging to draw attention to them.

I quite liked this one...gave it a 7. The colors are very nice IMO. I like the natural earthy tones - has a nice rich feel to it. Had the sun been shining this wouldn't feel nearly the same. Your POV also adds a lot to the comp as it somehow makes viewing this image more personal.

BTW - Do you always go after wildlife handicapped with 75mm being your long lens? :-D I have to say; that surprised me when I noticed it.
