I like it that the highlights & shadows are realistic while the texture dominates the documentary reality of it. That bird is looking right at me!

Admiring what the texture does for this I think without it, it would be documentary in nature (certainly a pose that is very familiar), the texture allows me to skip all that & feel more like I've been allowed a glimpse into the private dreams of a beautiful creature.

Don't mean to be irreverent but it's looking like the annunciation--for a goat. Just check out the beatified look on its face. It seems to be resting on some sort of conveyor belt to heaven too. Nobody could ask for more.

So now I'm gonna go check out Topaz Textures. Looks entertaining & fun so far.
