I don't know what that is but it has taken on the form of a skull and cross bones. I really wish it were a bit sharper/more in focus. It is a haunting photo.

Pretty good effect here. It almost seems like the surface is burning. Open to interpretation, which is good, but lacks a human effect.

Thanks heaps for all the comments. I wish I did own this gorgeous thing, but no. Near where I live there happens to be a picnic spot that is a favorite Sunday drive for owners of gorgeous old cars so I headed down there. I happened to find this one that the owner was taking photos of and he kindly let me jump in and let me have a turn of his 1D. I was a happy happy woman.
