Interesting processing. My initial thought was that it reminded me of faded high school portraits my parents keep on the walls 30 years later. Your photo has that retro kind of feel to it for me.

I'm using a piece of paper to crop out the flowers a little up to the bud that's in line with her eye and this image improves in composition. The flowers take up way too much space and are claiming too much attention away from your pretty subject. All in all a great pose and look from your model.
