Great texture on the clouds. Your horizon is a bit tilted, and you can easily fix that in PS. Under the eyedroper tool, select 'measure', and drag the little line across your horizon, making sure to line it up on both ends so that it follows your horizon. Then go to 'image--->rotate---->arbitrary'. It will tell you the angle the image will be rotated, press OK. You'll get funny white spaces on every side which you have to crop out, but honestly, I think a tilted horizon is not worth the price of a little bit of your image.

Lovely simple graphic image, excellent focus. Shadows are important in this type of shot and yours really add to the image, I think it's cropped a little too close to the right therefore, as they are a major element in the shot. Overall a great shot though, one of my top picks for this challenge, well done :)
