I'd like to see the vantage point of this shot changed from the standard eye level, and have us focusing more on some particular part. It feels aimless, like the viewer is a deer in headlights standing in a place that is supposed to be comfortable and inviting. Perhaps by getting closer to and accentuating the rows of vintage style seats, for instance, this would have been improved.

I like this and its a good subject for the challenge but something seems missing,maybe a person on one of the stools would of helped, not sure perhaps its just me.

I like the filter you have used, but I think the composition could be greatly improved. Get closer to the horses, and try and angle where the fence is not in the way as much.
