I like this fence and also like the sepia tone used here. The whites seem a little blown out so that alot of good detail is lost.

What a beautiful shot. It draws the eye through the window to the landscape. Gorgeous!

Fireworks are nice but having seen so many of them I really need something else in the frame to make it work for me, foreground or backround... Same applies to lighting photos and aurora boralis for example, just those alone do nothing for me unless captured very unusually. 5

This is one where I really think the border adds nicely to the shot.

To me, the fence is too flat meaning it runs right along the horizon line and thus makes up its own plane in the photo, however there are no elements to lead you more in to the photo. The fence leads you from one side to another. I do see you have captured the bent, but it's hidden behind the flat part in front, so you're not guided inwards. I miss the depth, that i think you could have gotten by taking a more sideways approach to the fence.

I do like your choice of coloring, it fits with this image.

Well this is a shot that I say is neither bad nor good but two things dragged it a bit under 5. Usually I don´t really mind blown out highlights but here it kindof steals attention from the main subject, the basket. Secondly, the composition is hardly horrible but too centered for my taste, a shot wich had placed it better in the frame, perhaps according to the rule of thirds would have appealed more to me. 4 from me.

LOL. Excellent, was hoping for more OOB entries on this challenge. I dig his shirt, and I'll bet he's got some hot bell bottoms, too. You get an extra bump for creativity.
