I'm not a fan of the lighting. It feels harsh and flat. the crop seems a bit tight, but it does frame the image well. It is a fun image, and I did smile when I saw it, but it doesn't feel like a final product.

no harmony between subjects, elements behind and top left are distracting, color might have been the way to go here with the dresses. If you want to stay B&W might want to concentrate on elements drawing attention to the subjects with light on dark or dark on light type subject/background relationships. Not bad here, but overall feeling is...meh.

I'm impressed that you got the cat to sit for this one! What a beautiful cat! However, the white in the hat seems a blown out from the flash. Also, I think if the blanket he was sitting on was black, that would have created a little more attention on the cat. It seems a little busy. Good clarity on the cat's face though.
