One Leg Up on Povertyby elizadebComment by posthumous: great composition, with the diagonal created by the two people and the way the frame is cut in half. then there is the energy she takes right out of frame with her eyes, while he remains a model of stoic grace. For all its fragmented quality, this image looks permanent, inevitable. |
