The Shadows of Things to Comeby elizadebComment by elizadeb: Post-Comments:
To all the voters that didn't think this was news worthy enough for the front page, let me fill ya in! :-)
This is the construction site of the largest indoor aquatic and recreation center in Northern Arizona! It happens to be my project site and yes, it appears quite regularly on the front page. Those columns will support the grand gallery and are quite awesome! I took this shot on one of my site visits to the construction site and the shadows were incredible that day.....most definitely the shadows of things to come!
Sorry it missed - but yeah....very much photojournalism worthy! :-)
Thanks, Whiterook, for your support! |

There will be alot more unfinished buildings like this, when the Great Depression II hit the World! So skip, nutzito and soulman1978 now you can see the stories in this great image! |

Duke of Earlby elizadebComment by codfish: On a symetrical shot like this I would have used the bar that crosses mid image as my horizon for straightening purposes, it seems a bit tilted to me. |

Best Supporting Actorby elizadebComment by Quigley: this is one illustration of the challenge outline and I have to say allthough it meets it lierally it will be a hard sell for some people and they will wonder why you entered a building. The right side of your image is a little blown out as is the windows. You could desaturate a bit to clear that up. |
