I grew up in the prairielands. Your lighting was not strong enough to give us much detail in this shot.

The panoramic is nice, but too small for many voters on this site. Even though you took full advantage of the 640 width, the panoramic makes it so short that details are few and far between. I'm not trying to discourage you from shooting panoramas, as this is a great shot. But if you look in the top 10 photos for practically any challenge, none of them are panoramas. Just something to think about for future challenges.

For such an expansive view, I wish your entry was a bit larger...closer to the maximum 640 allowed..or maybe it is, but it just looks small on my screen. The ground seems to be a bit on the magenta side. My favorite part is the sky.

I would have hoped for a bigger smile. Also needs more color and focus point is too far back.
