the composition is not very interesting...too centered. The large brown thorny thing is, I think, too large to be right next to the flower. It's a bit blurry too.

It's anice sunset, and I like it that the dog and ship are in it, but IMVHO the diagonal doesn't really work well. As a photo, I think this one would just simply look better with a level horizon. ~5

A tilted horizon is not wrong per se, but I believe it should be used carefully and for a specific purpose, for example to increase drama, to compliment an unusual perpsective, or to compliment at theme such as abstract shapes. In this case, to me, it brings nothing and indeed detracts from the viewing experience. On a positive note, the reflection of the setting sun on the ater is nice, but not enough to raise this from a 2.
