Nice capture. The roof on the lower left draws my eye and I'd recommend cropping this.

If this was a real estate shot it would be sold in a heart beat. Well done.

I love this shot, gave it an 8. The reflection in the mirror is what wowed me most of all. The clutter didn't bother me, nor did the fact that the line was "shakey". The effort you put into executing this is clearly notable and alone should have garnered more favourable votes than what you received.

Definitely underrated in my book.

Thanks everyone for their comments and congrats to the top finishers. there were certainly a number of amazing shots on display. I could have definitely done better with this shot, but there are some things I am happy with:

1) The reflection in the mirror came out better than I expected. I thought it would be washed out from the candle light or blurry from movement.

2) The light level and "mood" of the photo were just as intended. Some people felt creeped out by it, which is good.

Now the things I don't like so much:

1) I need to work out more. Taking this picture spurred me into a new workout routine.

2) The shaky "leading line" and unevenness of the curve did not come out as intended. This was the best of about 25 shots, and unfortunetley, the distance from camera to the end of the shot required at least one step, which made the candle jiggle during exposure.

3) I don't like the clutter in the hallway. If I were to do this again, I'd take down the picture frames and keep the surroundings smoother.

Any other suggestions or advice are welcomed!
