I hate to say it, but this would be so cool if the guy wasn't there. He's too close and not sharp enough to make the shot work for me. I love the overall blue of the photo, it's really working. Given my druthers - pic with no guy, crop out most of the sidewalk and a chunk of the sky, and get a nice 'letterbox' photo of dock, water, city and a bit of sky...
