Great viewpoint to get these three monuments in one picture! However, I wish you would have zoomed out a bit and used a portrait format to include all of the Wash monument and get the fireworks in the shot too. Although the picture has excessive noise, I like way you've captured the smoke from the fireworks and I like the trees in the forground. I do wish you would have cropped out the street lamps at the very bottom of the picture.

The small file size indicates too much jpeg compression, which is apparent as artifacts in the picture. Also, sorry about the dead pixel in your CCD. Nice framing though.
