i shot some skylines like this the other day, and had the same dilemma; go with the angled horizon, or rotate to give the illusion of level ground. I'm sure you've had some comments about it already, which is too bad because your perspective is actually perfect upon close examination. great exposure as well - these will usually get some blown highlights and/or fringing. well done. bumping a point from my original vote.

I do like this shot, but I'm afraid it doesn't really jump out at me. It's a good silhouette shot, nice clear waters etc but it doesn't grab my attention. (Picky bugger I know...) 7

Beautiful sky and the reflection is nice. Too bad you couldn't get any of the orange sky in the reflection. Feels like it could have been cropped a bit tighter on the left side and taken out a couple of distractions.
