Freedom fliesby SunshyneComment by dallasdux: Nice bright colors in the flag. I'm not really a fan of the shot angle. The cross bar distracts as my eye travels up the pole to reach the subject.

Fallen Captainsby SunshyneComment by GrayGhost: Consider more fill on the statues, or else take them to complete silhouettes, and consider crank up the saturation and maybe levels from previous for a deeper blue sky. You're so close to symmetrical, that you might as well fully frame the statues instead of having the goal post line cut through the arm. I do like the image, and think that it can be even better. |

Rumpleteaserby SunshyneComment by Sunshyne: Thank you!
I have very few good pictures of Teaser, as it's very hard to capture his eyes without his pupils showing up as a glowing green.
Even though he looks mad/mean b/c of the black streak between his eyes (like he's crinkling his forehead), he's one of the sweetest and loving cats you'll ever meet! |

Miss Carolineby SunshyneComment by Sunshyne: Thank you, Sandy!
I submitted this photo with NO post editing. The lighting and the colors just happened to be perfect! Luck!!
It was taken at an outside restaurant on Shem Creek (in Mt Pleasant/Charleston, SC area where there are several restaurants lining the "creek"). There is an upstairs bar area overlooking the water and it has sofas and pillow out there. We were waiting on a table to eat and Caroline was sitting there looking out/away from the camera. I thought it might make for a good shot.
I was really pleased with the way it turned out! |

The Citadel Band of Goldby SunshyneComment by Sunshyne: Thanks!
I did a lot of shots with the ring and different backgrounds at The Citadel. This was one of my favorites. It will probably get printed and framed, along with some of the others I took, and given as a Christmas present.
Who knows, I may try to sell some to The Citadel class of '90! Wow - I can't imagine getting paid for a photo!!!! |

Grandparentsby SunshyneComment by Sunshyne: Thanks to you all for the sweet compliments!!!
This shot as the original wasn't anything special. It was all brought to life with post editing adding warmth and heavy on the shadowing. I was pleased with it, though, once it was altered.
BTW...My parents love it, too - imagine that! |

brilliantly colored palm.JPGby SunshyneComment by Sunshyne: Thank you!
And the best part is that I did very, very little post editing (I can't remember, but I may have done NO editing). I'll have to go back and look that up now that you brought it to my attention... |
