The title puzzles me and the man doesn't appear to be in an appropriate costume for his race, but since the very similar, famous "Afghan Girl" didn't appear to me to be Afghan that doesn't mean anything. However the expression is great, the very detailed eyes grab my attention. Very good lighting.

The headscarf is a perplexing and somewhat artifical choice. But the lighting is wonderfully even, and the shot is just so crisp you can't help but find it appealing.

Instantly reminded me of the National Geographic photo of Sharbat Gula (the Afghan woman with the deep green eyes). Great post process work on this. Clean, sharp & plenty of detail. :)
