The yellow dominates this picture a little too much. It may benefit from some more browns, reds and blue to balance it out.

Perhaps a little too much blur and it's almost like a big smudge in places.

At first glance this looks nice, but after the first 2 seconds I see tons of ugly compression artifacts. Your file size of 149k is just under the challenge limit, so I think at some time during working on this, you may have saved it with an excessive amount of compression, or done repeated saves and opens in JPG format. A good workflow is to save your file in an uncompressed format, either TIFF or your image editor's native format, until you are ready to post the final product. That way you don't lose any detail.
