This photo does show time, thus meets the challenge. I understand your interpretation of the time theme without much trouble here. I think what this image is lacking is any particular element of interest to the viewer. This photo may have some personal element of interest to you, but unless the viewer knows who this person is, it's likely going to generate very little interest.

Keep up the good efforts :)

Nice detail. Just personally, I'd like to see this taken straight on so that the vertical lines aren't leaning to the right and the top line is straight across. Still, meets the challenge and is technically very good!
