Have you ever seen the huge cross, similar to this one but I'm not sure how they compare as far as size goes, near Ballinger, Texas? This reminds me of it. The one in Ballinger can be seen for quite a few miles on either side of town. I've never been up close to it, but it must be massive.

As far as your photo goes, I like how the cross, sky and clouds work together, but that building (being constructed, or falling part) on the bottom right does nothing for the photo :( Still, nice shot :)

Ok, after this one I'm going to stop. God, this is so good. The color, the focus - both just terrific. The angle makes the light source really come through. His expression in that split second is so intense. Love his eyes. Great job all around.

Could they have posed any better? This is terrific. I love a quick capture that works so well. Nice tight shot. Natural coloration and light. It would probably be really cool in sepia as well.

This is lovely. I like the lighting and softness. It almost looks like two totally different scenes - center is darker, right lighter. Very nice. Adding to my faves.
