IMHO, I think you are overdoing the saturation, the rose is almost 'cartoony'. Good lightning and DOF, though. :)

Amazing colors! Some may say oversaturated but I really like it. It adds to the drama of the photo. Great way to make a road sign interesting! Excellent job!

Maybe it's the compression required for downloading, but I find the stem very plasticy. The colour version is really good.

At last one of the few pictures that can truly be said to fall into the photographic definition of painting with light.
However I find it a little distracting and unfortunatly cannot say why. Covering up the little "bit at bottom centre" helps for me.
It does remind me very much of the technique used by a friend of mine who is a watercolour artist.
She understands that her paintings do not work for me -
