Very simple but very nice. I love your use of light to bring about the details of the leaf. And a great eye to catch such a wonderful scene. Black background works great. Not sure if center composition would've been my choice, but nonetheless, this is a stunning shot.

Superb - just superb! The detail in the leaf is amazing. The lighting on the stem at top creates a nice lead in. I'd like to crop off about 1/2 of the distance from the left edge to the leaf so it would not be quite so centered. Even as is - it's a stunning submission.

Damn Pitsaman, you've got some rough luck when it comes to challenges! Your portfolio is one of the best on DPC, yet you seem to get laid with mid-level scores, CRAZY! Personally, I liked this image alot, and thought it applied ot the challenge. Obviously alot of people didn't agree, I gave ya a 9! Keep up the great work, even if it isn't recognized in the challenges.
