I like the leaves and the lighting effect on the back side of them, but the strong sun and flare coming from the left side washes out a lot of the photo.

I think this might be more interesting had you removed the photo and sign. I would like to see this cropped with only the fans standing up showing so the shapes would become more important. Also, for this challenge I think purple should be the prominent color. I see the purple fan first, but it is a little overblown and my eyes then move to the red fans.
