Overall nice shot...background seems a bit distracting. Outside of the competition you may wish to clone out the dark circles that are present in the background.

Excellent work with the high contrast. A suggestion would be to clear up her chin a bit since the high contrast has given her very uneven skin, which I am more than sure is not the case.
