I really thought we would see this in the top 5 at least. It was in my top 2!! Great capture, you succesfully captured emotion, but it is still general enough that people can interpret the meaning for themselves depending on what is happening in their lives. I know that it touched me in a very personal way and I love it! Plus, your model is beautiful, in both pictures. Thank you for sharing it with us.

Wow! Beautiful lighting. I like the way the person's pose contrasts with the pose in the picture. It would have been nice if the framed shot was a little more focused, but a cool idea and shot never the less. :)

This photo...although beautiful and poignant in itself... is a true representative of a photo-journalistic approach to photography. A picture is worth a thousand words they say, this photograph says so much more.
