Nice portrait and good lighting. There's some strange details going on here, perhaps from over compression, and also to the right side of the frame there's some odd objects that I'm not sure where they could have come from as they should be in the OOF area of the shot.

I'm thinking most of this has come from the processing, which being advanced editing you should have been able to avoid.
