The only changes I could recomend would be to slightly change the angle to remove the parked car and wqait just a moment longer for the pedestrian to walk out of the frame. One of my top ten picks this week.

	Sadly, He Can't See San Francisco by sjgleah Comment by PixelatedVisions: I like the shot, but I think cropping out just below the vehicle will make it stand out better. The vehicle and person in the back distracts me from the main focus. Although a second look, I now see the contrast in the two people and their situations in life.
