	Southern Comfort by Lonni Comment by pawdrix: This is a beautiful shot. I love the light breaking through the mashies which is the best lit part of the dish. The bird...the star of the show deserves more light. Square plates are hard to photograph but a slight tilt of the camera can add some movement or a little extra dynamic to the food. Cheers! 	Southern Comfort by Lonni Comment by JulietNN: I think if you had has the plate in the foreground triangled and the plate in the back squared this would have really popped. I do like the softness of the mashed tatters against the hard lines of the carrots. Nicely shot though
