Rope DNAby stefaniaComment by Alain: The idea and the concept is great, too bad that technically the reds seems oversaturated. |

Rope DNAby stefaniaComment by sspin: Very nice ... this photo surely stands out from the rest for it's creativity. Better lighting would have made this photo look better tough and I would have added a dark frame to it (perhaps red). |

Ribbon and Capby stefaniaComment by redmoon: voted this a 4. i don't know really - i salute this because you've gone a different way to everyone else and taken a shot of elements of your camera, but then, it's also like being asked to do a portrait of a person and only photographing their hat and scarf. doesn't really meet the challenge, sadly. i like the actual shot though; the depth of field works and the strap has a certain well used and worn quality. lighting at the back seems a bit harsh though - somethimes better to illuminate what you're shooting than light from behind. |

Ribbon and Capby stefaniaComment by atupdate: I'm willing to bet by now that more than one person has mentioned that this is supposed to be a picture of your camera taking a picture of itself. As for the image you did submit, you might want to try adjusting the contrast and brightness to help the Nikon on the strap look brighter and more prominant. This could also be accomplished using curves or levels. I think the image could use a little more sharpening after resizing as well. |
