Liquid Fireby JPRComment by Olyuzi: Very good idea! The flame is blown out and overexposed and lacking in detail. Also, I would have liked to have seen the bottle from the side, and not head on. The black background goes very well with the flame and I think you can have a very effective photo if you improve your technique. |

Liquid Fireby JPRComment by qachyk: If the flame were somewhat less bright -- er, I hope that's meant to be flame, but I presume it is -- I think this would have worked better. Interesting use of focus so the bottle is clear; I think that's feeding into the brightness, though. |

When my highlights are blown in my entries, I get picked apart for it... hope it doesn't happen to you - this is a really unique image that's interestingly composed and nicely conveys the sound of the waves. |
