Dog Daysby JPRComment by karmat: This image has some neat dramatic lines in it. The dog is great and makes the shot, I think. |

Dog Daysby JPRComment by jonfrommk: So much to like about this shot (not least of all that this game is my favourite fairground game of all time)
Good B&W conversion and hats off for not getting any blow out on the chrome of the seats
Love the fact that the dog and what i assume is his owner actually look alike
Super job |

A Man and His Catsby JPRComment by cogerox: This photo makes me want to weep. Not for the suffereing of the homeless (though that is very sad). but for the compassion this man has for his animals. He has nothing, yet he cares for these beings everyday. I don't do as well as him. Thank you for this reminder. |

Dog Daysby JPRComment by Jutilda: That is terrific. I like the tilted feel - appropriate for the dishonest way most of the carnival booths are run. That dog - man what a perfect title. |

Determinationby JPRComment by riversong: Nice capture, well executed. The sharp contrast and b/w does add to the feeling of determination. I've heard this time and time again and I know it's true...'Getting old is not for sissys'. It takes lots of strength when one gets old. My grandmother is almost 100 years old. I love your image as it reminds me of her quiet strength. |
