Pretty girl, nice composition, but the lighting is a little flat. Could benefit from some higher contrast. The right eye (her's) is also a little OOF.

I was once told that when shooting portraits, always make sure that the eyes are sharp. The teeth and smile seem to be the focus when she has such wonderful eyes to show.
