Old School...by NikonJebComment by Teafran: A good solid image that is crisp, sharp and properly framed and composed - a technical success in every way. From an artistic standpoint, it is an intersting image but of less than universal appeal. A good entry into the challenge. |

A Horse with No Name...by NikonJebComment by snaffles: I don't have time to verify this beastie's identity right now, but at a guess I'd say it's a Lippman, that style is quite primitive and yes, indigenous to the States. Nice job of selective desat btw!
Actually according to my sources, it's probably an Armitage Herschell (1885), or a copy of one :-) Message edited by author 2009-05-03 18:00:02. |
