Could quite easily have been taken during the civil war. Can't suggest anything that could have done better/differently, really... not without making it a completely different photo, and then, it'd lose a lot, and probably wouldn't be better... just different.

	The Carriage in the Loft... by NikonJeb Comment by mark082: This is a tough scene to photograph. The lighting conditions make it brutal. I really like the shot, except that there is no attention drawn to the carriage. I know the challenge is "hidden treasures", but the darkened carriage doesn't quite work for me. I don't know of any way to remedy this with the natural lighting conditions without blowing out the highlights, but it still leaves me unsatisfied. Would you love to be able to give this an hdr treatment for this challenge? 5
