I thought this was a clever interpretation of the theme. But you knew the DNMC police were coming for ya, right? One thing that really captured my attention was the make-up job on this mannequin. I could not believe how much work someone put into the details lol. I'm impressed with the MUA for this one!

I'm going through the entries, stopping at those images I feel have had the benefit of an unconventional eye and dwelling a little longer to try to see and appreciate what you saw. This is one of those images.

Positives: Wow - what a brave juxtaposition, even more so when emphasised with the selective desaturation. It is very well executed though - great lighting, great textures, nice DOF.

Critical stuff: Nothing to suggest on the editing front - I might have been tempted to shoot it with a lower POV, but that's just me.

Overall: Interesting; would love to know more about your motivation for the picture.

You are probably getting killed for this, but in my eyes, the challenge was to use parts of the HUMAN body. While this is a replication of human, it's not a human. I think your lighting is great, the metal disc on the arm with the writing takes away from the photo.
