this is one of those photos that rewards a second look. My first look was just another sports photo, but something grabbed me. Then I realized what a perfect portrayal of happiness this was. And the energy is huge. It feels like he's going to run right out of the photo and into my heart. Background elements that seem coincidental actually all contribute to the composition. 10

AWESOME!!!! What a great moment you captured! Brings a smile to my face and tears to my eyes. Love the floating supportive hand - it seems to tell a story. A technical nit - I might have considered cloning out the arm on the right or cropped a little off both sides to get rid of it. Nice emotive shot - my favorite kind! 8 for emotion - thanks.
