Violinby HaneckComment by bassbone: The positioning of the violin and the choice of lighting to show of the writing inside the F hole is a nice touch. It does not tell me a story as others in the challenge have, but still it's a well crafted image. 6 |

The bad hair dayby HaneckComment by Trinity_12_12: I don't know why (and I know that's not helpful) but this composition disturbs me a bit. It would be interesting to see how it would change if you moved the head up just slightly to include the nose and the ears i.e. cut it off just above the top lip. |

Hazelby HaneckComment by Marjo: The pose or look you've captured draws me in...
I love the composition. It appears slightly too contrasty for my taste but actually works well for this b&w study. A fine capture and Hazel's quite the cat! (Your description of her reminds me of my cat, Abby.)
