Do you think a little more light reflecting on the pansy might bring it out more?
When I looked at this I thought Of course, there's the 3. Why have I never noticed it in a pansy? Very good picure.

Wow. What a photograph. So crisp and clear. The colour is great. Sky is so blue, the machinery orange/blue comes out so clear as do the workmen. You've done a great job capturing this moment on digital!

This had so much potential in my opinion but it was left untapped....i definitely would have used a different color background...the white really doesn't compliment the colors in the pansy at all. i would rethink the cropping as well...there's far too much space ...i probably would have tried to crop in order to make the "3" the focal point...it really took me awhile to realize that "3" was the #. i think your focus could have been a bit sharper as well.

Odd, I saw another shot of this same bridge in this challenge I think...

Anyway, this is a great shot. The division between the rule of the thirds is well achieved here, and all of the elements mesh well.
