not sure what to tell you about editing. this is a cool shot. i think the frog would get lost tho amongst all the pads. so many pretty things to see here - it's hard to decide what to focus on.

The colours and composition are very good. I like the line that the eye is drawn along by the red edge of the leafs.

The reflections are very good indeed. Perhaps the flower is a looking a little over exposed at the edges ... its not but I wonder if it could be tamed down a bit.

The frogs cute but too small really ... well it depends on how they judge the image I could imagine some troll scoring it down because the frog is too small.

I'm not so keen on the bokeh quality - it looks a bit raggy.

Overall a well composed image in for the lines, colours and ripples all complement each other.
