I think you're headed in the right direction -- "just for fun" you might try experimenting without the outside lights at all. |

05033by pixelpigComment by Catherine_B: This is pretty, but doesn't really show off your handiwork with the bracelet. I wish I had a suggestion for you but this isn't my area of photography. Keep sharing your learning process with us, the journey is half the fun! |

05033by pixelpigComment by Elaine: I like the beads, but the background is distracting. I don't mind flaws and imperfections. A macro does not show the personality of the bracelet, although having one or two macro shots would let customers see exactly what they will be getting. |

05033by pixelpigComment by Pangurban: Thas photogrpah has a rather contemporary feel about it, which I quite like; not necessarily what you need to show off your bracelets though....
Am still racking my brain for ideas and this fir tree has actually given me another one.... What about a simple mug-tree (do you call them that in The States?) that could be used to drape one or more bracelets HORIZONTALLY (not vertically) ie lay them over more than one branch
eg one with this sort of branch lay out. Mug Tree
Still might need the mirror arrangement that GeneralE described. I also googled 'bracelet displays' and there were a few home made ideas there...
Hpoe you enjoyed the champagne :-) |

I think using that tree brought out some of its pretty colors |
