Visitationby SiggavComment by zarniwoop: Bicycles always add kudos to street photos. Not sure why.
Also, I love it. What was she pointing at? Message edited by author 2009-06-20 16:41:17. |

Visionaryby SiggavComment by Melethia: Very cool angle on a cat - and a gorgeous animal. Shows their inquisitive nature very well, and gotta love the stark white of the whiskers. |

Visionaryby SiggavComment by mm767cap: This is great. Tough to pull off a "cat" shot, but this one does it, and the duotone really adds. Nice |

Tom and Jerryby SiggavComment by Melethia: Greetings from the Critique Club!
First and foremost, I LOVE the story! I had the same issue with lizards in Florida. Other than a dropped tail, the lizard would be fine, and I'd have to rescue it and send it back outside.
The photograph - the mouse looks somewhat resigned to being saliva'd and carried about. Surprisingly doesn't look too terribly worried. Cat looks quite pleased with herself! Quality is somewhat snapshot-ish, but that's due to the flash and the moving cat, and I'm sure you already know that. Composition is tight - good job minimizing other stuff and keeping the attention on your subjects - but perhaps a little too tight and thay may be because of the aforementioned clutter reduction. But above all else, a delightfully fun story to go with the photograph! |
