a little underexposed, but the trees would be too dark... i would take 2 photos personally, one at higher exposure, and one lower, then i would combine them kinda like HDR to get some detail in the sky, and in the farther hills, and some detail in the dark stuff. This process i belive is legal under Expert Editing, but i do like the setting so i rate it a 7.

3 - Sure looks like good potential, what I can discern looks like needs to be sharper on the eyes and the box(?) in the background likely eliminated - but your main problem (if the quality is there) is the size here, which needs to be 640. Not sure your title matches the image, but your call.
